Each April Cleveland is filled with festival goers who are attending the Crossties Arts and Jazz Festival. This year Collin, Anna & I attended the festival with Teresa (her children Natalie, Ashlyn & Lauren), Heather (her son Austin), and Menee (her son Cole).

Anna is showing off her newspaper hat which was sponsored by the Books First campaign and the Cleveland Library. The children not only got a hat, they were read a story by students from Dr. Rakes class at DSU.
Collin did not want a hat, so he decided to blow bubbles. He had alot of fun blowing really big bubbles. He thought it was funny to let the bubbles hit me and get me wet.
